2. Pivot the chute back and toward the deck so that
the chute is ush with the mower deck.

Note: As the chute mates with the deck, ensure
that the edge of the chute is under the lip of the
clip assembly installed previously .
3. On the top of the chute, engage the hook shaped
latch around pivot rod of the deector assembly .

4. Secure the chute to the 50 inch deck by hooking
the exible latch on the chute to the retaining
clasp welded on the mower deck.

1. Align the holes in the chute and install it onto the
bolts. Secure the chute to the mower deck with
the two knobs and at washers (5/16 inch).
