4.Settheparkingbrakeifyouleavethemachine
unattended;refertoSettingtheParkingBrake
(page12).
Note:Removethekeysfromtheignitionand
KeyChoiceswitches.
CAUTION
Childrenorbystandersmaybeinjuredifthey
moveorattempttooperatethemachinewhile
itisunattended.
AlwaysremovetheignitionandKeyChoice
keysandsettheparkingbrakewhenleaving
themachineunattended,evenifitisjustfora
fewminutes.
UsingtheRecycleon
Demand
Youcanactivateordeactivatetherecycle-on-demand
featurewhilethemachineismowingorisstopped.If
youarebagginggrassthatistallandthick,raisethe
height-of-cutandmowataslowerspeed.
1.Movetherecycle-on-demandlever(Figure4)
forwardtocollectthegrassclippings.
2.Movetherecycle-on-demandleverrearwardto
stopcollectingthegrassclippingsandrecycle
them.
EmptyingtheGrass
Collector
Whenthegrasscollectorisfull,abuzzersoundsand
thegrasscollectormustbeemptied.
Important:Topreventthedischargetunnelfrom
gettingclogged,disengagetheblades(PTO)when
thebuzzersounds.
