ServiceInterval:Every800hours—Ifyouare
notusingtherecommended
hydraulicuidorhaveeverlled
thereservoirwithanalternative
uid,changethehydraulicuid,
lter,andtankbreather.
Every1,000hours—Ifyouareusingthe
recommendedhydraulicuid,changethe
hydraulic-uidlter.
Every2,000hours—Ifyouareusingthe
recommendedhydraulicuid,changethe
hydraulicuid.
HydraulicFluidCapacity:25.7L(6.8USgallons)
Iftheuidbecomescontaminated,haveyour
authorizedTorodistributorushthesystem.
Contaminateduidlooksmilkyorblackwhen
comparedtocleanuid.
1.Cleantheareaaroundtheltermountingarea
(Figure56).Placeadrainpanunderthelter
andremovethelter.

3.Fillthehydraulicreservoirwithhydraulicuid;
refertoHydraulicFluidSpecications(page41)
andCheckingtheHydraulic-FluidLevel(page
42).
4.Startthemachineandrunitatidlefor3to5
minutestocirculatetheuidandremoveanyair
trappedinthesystem.Shutofftheengineand
checktheuidlevel.
5.Disposeoftheuidandlterproperly.

Checkthehydrauliclinesandhosesdailyfor
leaks,kinkedlines,loosemountingsupports,wear,
loosettings,weatherdeterioration,andchemical
deterioration.Makeallnecessaryrepairsbefore
operating.
