1.Removethehairpins,pushtherollbarforward
againstthesprings,andremovethe2pins

2.Lowertherollbartothedownposition(Figure

3.Installthe2pinsintothepivotplatesandsecure
thepinswiththe2hairpins(Figure22).
StartingtheEngine
1.Ifinstalled,raisetherollbarupandlockitinto
place,sitontheseat,andfastentheseatbelt.
2.EnsurethatthetractionpedalisintheNEUTRAL
position.
3.Engagetheparkingbrake.
4.Movethepower-takeoff(PTO)switchtotheOFF
position(Figure23).

drained.
Important:Whenyoustarttheenginefor
thersttime,orafteranengineoilchangeor
anoverhauloftheengine,thetransmission,
orawheelmotor,operatethemachinewith
theengine-speedswitchintheSlowposition
inboththeforwardandreversedirections
for1to2minutes.Alsooperatethedeck
liftswitchandthePTOswitchtoensure
properoperationofalltheparts.Thenshut
theengineoffandchecktheuidlevels
andcheckforoilleaks,looseparts,andany
othernoticeablemalfunctions.
ShuttingOfftheEngine
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.DisengagethePTO,makesurethatthetraction
pedalisintheNEUTRALposition,engagethe
parkingbrake,andmovetheengine-speed
switchtotheidleposition.
3.Lettheengineidlefor60seconds.
4.TurnthekeytotheOFFposition.
