UnderstandingtheDiagnosticACEDisplay
Themachineisequippedwithanelectroniccontrollerthatcontrolsmostmachinefunctions.Thecontroller
determineswhatfunctionisrequiredforvariousinputswitches(i.e.,seatswitch,keyswitch,etc.)andturnson
theoutputstoactuatesolenoidsorrelaysfortherequestedmachinefunction.
Fortheelectroniccontrollertocontrolthemachineasdesired,eachoftheinputswitches,outputsolenoids,and
relaysmustbeconnectedandfunctioningproperly.
UsetheDiagnosticACEdisplaytohelpverifyandcorrectelectricalfunctionsofthemachine.
VerifyingtheInterlockSwitchFunction
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecuttingunits,engagetheparkingbrake,andshutoff
theengine.
2.Removethecoverfromthecontrolpanel.
3.Locatethewireharnessandloop-backconnector(Figure100).
