4.Removethehitchadapterfromthemachine:
A.Supportthehitchadaptertopreventitfromfallingduringremoval.
B.Removethe2lowerhitchadapterpivotpins.
C.Removeanddiscardthecotterpinfromtheclevispinatthetopofthe
hitchadapter.
D.Removetheclevispin,hitchadapter,androllertubefromthemachine.
E.Inspecttherollertubebushingsforwearordamageandreplaceif
necessary.
5.Ifthehitchisbeingremovedfromthemachine:
A.Removetheliftcylinderpivotpin.
B.Removethehitchpivothubs.
C.Removethehitchfromthemachine.
6.Removeanyremaininghitchassemblycomponentsfrommachineasneeded.
7.Inspectthehitchangebushingsforwearordamageandreplaceif
necessary.
8.Installallpreviouslyremovedhitchassemblycomponents.Useanewcotter
pinwheninstallingthehitchadapter.
9.LubricatethehitchassemblygreasettingswithMobilgreaseXHPhigh
temperaturegrease(orequivalent).
10.Installanypreviouslyremovedattachmentsandtestthehitchoperation
beforereturningthemachinetoservice.
