Hydraulic Pressure Test Kit
Part Number: TOR47009
Use to take various pressure readings for diagnostic
tests. Quick disconnect fittings provided attach directly
to mating fittings on machine test ports without tools. A
high pressure hose is provided for remote readings. The
Pressure Test Kit contains one each: 1000 PSI (70 Bar),
5000 PSI (350 Bar) and 10000 PSI (700 Bar) gauges.
Use gauges as recommended in the Testing Section of
this chapter.

Hydraulic Tester (Pressure and Flow)

This tester requires o–ring face seal (ORFS) adapter fit-
tings for use on this machine.
1. INLET HOSE: Hose connected from the system cir-
cuit to the inlet side of the hydraulic tester.
2. LOAD VALVE: A simulated working load is created
in the circuit by turning the valve to restrict flow.
3. LOW PRESSURE GAUGE: Low range gauge to pro-
vide accurate reading at low pressure: 0 to 1000 PSI (0
to 70 Bar).
A protector valve cuts out when pressure is about to
exceed the normal range for the gauge. The cutout
pressure is adjustable.
4. HIGH PRESSURE GAUGE: High range gauge
which accommodates pressures beyond the capacity of
the low pressure gauge: 0 to 5000 PSI (0 to 350 Bar).
5. FLOW METER: This meter measures actual oil flow
in the operating circuit with a gauge rated at 15 GPM.
6. OUTLET HOSE: A hose from the outlet side of the
hydraulic tester connects to the hydraulic system circuit.
