Custom Item
The custom item has the following format:
<field1name= "{customname}">{custom value}</field1>
Where the {custom name} can be any name not already reserved for use by e-BRIDGE Re-
Rite. The list of reserved words is {language, format, delivery, filename, deliveryaddress,
deliverysecurity}. And {custom value} can be any text value.
These custom values can be fixed value fields as specified in a Top Access template definition.
But more likely they will be user entered fields, and often the user will populate these fields by
selecting from a list of allowed values.
To use custom fields as a parameter in a deliveryaddress or filename field you must enclose
the field name with a leading and trailing $ (dollar sign).
