4.13 North Bridge thermal module
Removing North Bridge thermal module
Remove the North Bridge thermal module according to the following procedures and Figure
4-30, 4-31.
1. Disconnect the cable of the North Bridge thermal module from CN15 on the system
board.
2. Turn the system board upside down.
3. Remove two M2x3 black bind screws and washers.
4. Remove North Bridge thermal module.
5. Remove the black sheet.
6. Remove one M2.5x2.5 white bind screws.
7. Removing the CD tray.
