Removing the Optical Drive Module
To remove the optical drive module, you need to remove the secondary HDD cover first as
described in the previous section. Follow the steps below:
1. Turn the computer upside down.
2. Remove the battery and the secondary HDD cover.
3. Remove the black M2.5x8 screw securing the optical drive module.

4. Use a thin tool to push the module bracket out of the computer and then slide the module
from the bay.
