Function Used to cancel an alarm from the external equipment, which
occurred while the TS2000/TS2100 robot controller was ready
to start.
This signal can be used only in the EXT. SIGNAL mode.

Cautions If an alarm of the emergency stop level which will not allow the
processing of EX_SVON, or EMSST_A ~ EMSST_B is output,
alarm reset by the ALM_RST signal is not possible.
