What to do if conveyor line breakage occurs in Toshiba TS2000 Controller?
    • A
      Alexis WilsonAug 2, 2025
If the conveyor line breakage is detected during conveyor synchronization, make sure to move the Toshiba Controller robot to a safe place. Otherwise, the robot may collide with the workpiece or conveyor. This error will not be reset unless the power is turned off. Find and fix the broken part, then turn the power on again. Also check the wiring, as the encoder cable of the specified conveyor number may be broken, or the encoder itself might be defective.
