6.3.3 Execution node information
When request information type 3 is set for RAS information read request, slave device
execution information (module status and 7-segment LED status indications) can be read
into the acknowledgement area.
Acknowledgement Area
(1) Module Status (0663H to 0682H: 32 words)
The 0663H to 0682H in the acknowledgement area represent module status. Module
status indicates in code the operations of the DN311 for the slave devices and the
network. "NA = [ ]" in Table 6-6 shows a node address.
