WARNING! Neglecting the regular maintenance can lead to the failure of the
aircraft tug and also creates a risk potential for people and operation.
6.1 Maintenance Schedule
The operating conditions of an aircraft tug have a considerable inuence on the wear of the
components. The following maintenance intervals apply to normal operation and use. For spe-
cial requirements, e.g. excessive dust, strong temperature uctuations or multi-shift operation,
the intervals must be correspondingly shorter and adjusted accordingly.
Maintenance and repair work exceeding the works specied in the maintenance schedule may
only be performed by personnel certied by TowFLEXX and after explicit written conrmation.
Failure to do so will void the warranty.
The following maintenance checklist species the activities to be performed and the time of
performance.
We recommend annual maintenance by TowFLEXX personnel. This includes ser-
vices that go beyond the checklist. Possible errors that may occur in the future
can be detected and corrected prematurely.
