QoS
• Queue: Select the queue you want to assign to. Packets matching the
classification criteria will enter this queue.
• Mark Differentiated Service Code Point (DSCP): Select the DSCP mark value. It
is optional.
• Mark 802.1P Priority: Select the 802.1P mark value. It is optional.
Note:
1. The DSCP or 802.1P marking function for the data flow is effective only when the corresponding DSCP Mark
or 802.1P Mark on the Basic Settings page of QoS is enabled.
2. If you leave a setting filed to blank, this function will not be performed.
5 ) Click Save to make the settings effective, and then the new flow classification
will be added to the Flow Classification table.
¾ To add a business classification:
1 ) Locate the Business Classification section, and click Add.
2 ) Select the upstream data flow type from the Business Name list.
3 ) Select the Queue you want to assign to. Packets matching the classification
criteria will enter this queue.
4 ) Specify the DSCP mark value and 802.1P mark value if want to use these
marking functions.
Note:
1. The DSCP or 802.1P marking function for the data flow is effective only when the corresponding DSCP Mark
or 802.1P Mark on the Basic Settings page of QoS is enabled.
