Chapter 12 Manage Your Router
12. 2. Control LEDs
The router LEDs indicate router activities and behaviors. You can turn on or turn off the
router from the management web-page.
1. Visit http://tplinkwifi.net, and log in with the password you set for the router.
2. Go to Advanced > System Tools > LED Control, and enable Night Mode.
3. Specify the Night Mode Period according to your need, and the LEDs will be off during
this period.
4. Click Save to make the settings effective.
12. 3. Test Internet Connectivity
Diagnostics function is used to test the connectivity between the router and the host
or other network devices.
1. Visit http://tplinkwifi.net, and log in with the password you set for your router.
2. Go to Advanced > System Tools > Diagnostics page.
¾ To test the internet connection of the router:
Locate the Diagnostic Tools section, and click the Start to test the internet connectivity
and you will find the test results in the gray box.
