78Chapter 3 . Congure Touch P5 as a Repeater
• IP Address Pool: The start address and end address must be on the same subnet with LAN IP. Your Touch P5 will
assign addresses within this specified range to its clients. It is from 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.199 by default.
• Address Lease Time: The amount of time in which a DHCP client can lease its current dynamic IP address assigned
by your Touch P5. After the dynamic IP address expires, the client will be automatically assigned a new dynamic
IP address.
• Default Gateway (Optional): Enter the LAN IP address of your Touch P5.
• Primary/Secondary DNS (Optional): Enter this parameters as provided by your ISP.
If you select Off, please make sure the DHCP server of your host network is on. Otherwise, you have to configure the
IP address for each client manually.
3 ) Tap Save.
To view the client information:
1 ) Select DHCP Client List.
2 ) You can view the information of connected client.
To reserve an IP address for a specified client device:
1 ) Select Address Reservation and tap Add to add an address reservation entry for your device.
