3.11 Disassembling kit for output hollow shafts
3.11 Kit di smontaggio per alberi cavi in uscita
Solo per i riduttori ATS, ITS e ITB sono previste le sedi see-
ger internamente al cavo di uscita da poter utilizzare anche
per lo smontaggio dell’albero di uscita utilizzando l’apposito
kit offerto da Transtecno.
Per lo smontaggio dell’albero di uscita è necessario rispet-
tare la lunghezza X indicate in tabella.
Per l’utilizzo del kit di smontaggio procedere come segue:
1. Inserire lo spessore piano;
2. Inserire la rondella filettata centrandola nella sede lin-
guetta;
3. Montare il seeger nella sede del cavo di uscita;
4. Inserire una vite di lunghezza appropriate a spingere l’al-
bero di uscita fuori dal cavo
5. Ruotare la vite fino a fine corsa

Only for ATS, ITS and ITB gearmotors are circlip seats pro-
vided inside the output bore, being used also to remove the
output shaft in conjunction with the kit offered by Transtecno.
To remove the output shaft, the Length X indicated in the
table must be observed.
Use the dismantling kit as follows:
1. Insert the flat spacer
2. Insert the threaded washer, centring it in the key seat
3. Fit the circlip into the seat in the output bore
4. Insert a screw of the appropriate length and push the out-
put shaft out of the hole
5. Fully tighten the screw
