3.10 Assembly kit for output hollow shafts
3.10 Kit di montaggio per alberi cavi di uscita
Solo per i riduttori ATS, ITS e ITB sono previste le sedi see-
ger internamente al cavo di uscita. Le sedi seeger saranno
utilizzate per mantenere in posizione l’albero di uscita senza
avere elementi rotanti esternamente.
Per poter mantenere in posizione l’albero di uscita maschio
utilizzando il kit di montaggio offerto da Transtecno, è neces-
sario rispettare la lunghezza X indicata in tabella.
Per l’utilizzo del kit di montaggio procedere come segue:
1. Montare l’albero lento con un dispositivo di callettamento
mostrato nel paragrafo 3.9
2. Montare il seeger nella sede del cavo di uscita;
3. Inserire la rondella;
4. Inserire la vite e serrarla alla coppia nominale;
Si raccomanda l’utilizzo di frena filetti tipo LOCTITE 243.
Serrare le viti di trazione rispettando la propria coppia nomi-
nale.

Only for ATS, ITS and ITB gearmotors hollow output shaft
are provided with seating for circlip. Circlip seating will be
used to hold the output shaft in position, with no externally
rotating parts.
In order to hold the male output shaft in position when using
the assembly kit offered by Transtecno, the Length X indicat-
ed in the table must be observed.
Use the assembly kit as follows:
1. Insert the output shaft as show in the section 3.9;
2. Fit the circlip seating in the seat in the output bore;
3. Insert the washer;
4. Insert the screw and tight it at the right torque;
We recommend using a threadlocker such as LOCTITE 243.
Tighten the pull-screws to their rated torque.
