defect of any kind that could cause injury, or death,
contact Triple E immediately. As well, make sure
to contact the National Highway Traffi c Safety
Administration (NHTSA) if you are a resident of the
US, or Transport Canada if you are a Canadian
resident and report your concern.
The NHTSA or Transport Canada will investigate
the concern should there be a number of similar
complaints. They have the authority to order a re-
call and repair campaign depending on the nature
and severity of the problem.
