4.15.4 UTILITY COMPARTMENT (TYPICAL)
Access the water system compartment through the door on the right side of the vehicle. Review the operat-
ing instructions and control functions before trying to use the system.
WATER SYSTEM ACCESS COMPARTMENT
This standard water tap controls
the fl ow of hot water to the shower
head. Turn clockwise to turn off and
counterclockwise to turn on.
This standard water tap controls
the fl ow of cold water to the shower
head. Turn clockwise to turn off and
counterclockwise to turn on.
This standard fl exible hose
shower system is mounted on the
front of the compartment. Turn
the handle and lift the head to use
it. Turn the collar on the head to
change the spray pattern.
This fi tting and cap is the water input fi t-
ting. Always install cover when water line
Water Fill Selector Valve:
This valve directs the fl ow of fresh water
into the internal water tank or directly into
the water system and bypass the tank.
Turn counterclockwise when fi lling the
tank and clockwise to bypass the tank and
plumb directly into the water system.
This switch controls the power to the water
pump. See section 4.15.3 Water Pump for

Black Water Tank Flush Fitting:
This fi tting directs water directly into the black
water tank and can be used to rinse the tank
when required. Be sure the sewer valve (black
water tank valve) is open before the water is
Water System Winterizing Valve:
This diverter valve is used when the water sys-
tem is being winterized. Watch the pointer at
the pivot point. Move the handle to its horizontal
position for normal operation and vertical when
winterizing the system. Refer to brochure in infor-
mation package for more detailed instructions.
This tank is a reservoir for the potable antifreeze
to use when winterizing the water system. Fill
the tank with an approved RV antifreeze prior to
winterizing the system. The tank holds suffi cient
antifreeze to winterize the system. (See Section
