FIG. 1 Before inserting the Cable Assembly into
the Barrel Housing make sure the Jam Nut and the
Retaining Nut are not touching.
IMPORTANT
To insure proper operation of the Adjustable Press Bar, the spring loaded pin cable must be adjusted.
Use the guidelines below to make this adjustment.
DO NOT USE THIS GYM UNTIL THE CABLE HAS BEEN ADJUSTED.

FIG. 2 Insert the Plunger into the Barrel housing
making sure that the end of the Plunger is seated in
one of the holes in the Adjustment Plate. Now tighten
the Retaining Nut with an adjustable wrench. (Do not
allow the Cable Assembly to turn or become jammed
while tightening the Retaining Nut).
FIG. 3 Adjust the Hex Tap Bolt so that the Plunger
is fl ush with the outside surface of the Adjustment
Plate.
FIG. 4 Now tighten the Jam Nut against the Retain-
ing Nut using an adjustable wrench. (Do not allow
the Cable Assembly to turn or become jammed while
tightening the Jam Nut).
