NOTE on the call type “Diagnostic call”
The transmission of alarm conditions of medical electrical equipment (e.g.
monitoring devices) to the nurse call system as Diagnostic call serves only
as supporting, additional information. This is a distributed information sys-
tem.
The user of the medical electrical equipment must not rely on the nurse
call system displays.
The user of the medical electrical equipment must not leave the hearing
and visual range of the medical monitoring equipment.
Due diligence for the operation of such medical electrical equipment re-
mains unaffected in case of the connection to the nurse call system.
NOTE! Your system administrator can amend the terms for the
call types (SystemOrganizer) to customize them. For this rea-
son the terms on your ComStation

may differ from the
terms above.
