Governing Law, Entire, Agreement: is Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed
according to English law. e application of the United Nations Convention on International Sale
of Goods to this Limited Warranty is expressly excluded. is Limited Warranty may not be altered,
amended or modied by the Authorized Distributor or its service agent, and no representation,
alteration, amendment or modication by TurboChef shall be valid unless in a signed form from
TurboChef.
Waiver: Waiver by TurboChef or an Authorized Distributor of any default will not be deemed a
continuing waiver of such default or a waiver of any other default.
