of Goods to this Limited Warranty is expressly excluded. is Limited Warranty may not be altered,
amended or modied by the Authorized Distributor or its service agent, and no representation,
alteration, amendment or modication by TurboChef shall be valid unless in a signed form from
TurboChef.
Waiver: Waiver by TurboChef or an Authorized Distributor of any default will not be deemed a
continuing waiver of such default or a waiver of any other default.
