WHEN IN USB MODE
1. Headset Is Paired/Transmier Is In USB Mode
The headset and transmier must be paired for the mic to work, so rst make sure that the headset and
transmier have been successfully paired.
Please note that the transmier must be plugged in to a USB port on the console for this pairing to occur.
To double-check the status of the headset and transmier’s pairing, just look at the LEDs on the headset
and transmier themselves. If both LEDs are lit up solid green, the headset and transmier are
successfully paired.
If the LEDs are both solid green, double-check that the transmier is in the correct mode. The transmier
can be put in to two dierent modes: Xbox and USB. If the transmier is in the Xbox mode but is
connected to a dierent USB device (not an Xbox console), you may have audio issues, even if the headset
and transmier are paired successfully.
2. Check Plaorms/Game Sengs
For some plaorms (a PlayStaon console, a PC), the headset will need to be set as the default device in
the plaorm sengs. In addion, the game or program itself will likely have its own audio sengs, which
may include an independent seng for input and output device.
To check these sengs, you'll need to go into the sengs menu for the specic plaorm you are looking
to use the headset with. This will vary depending on your plaorm.
3. Recording Test
