1. Press and hold the Power Buon on the headset unl the Power LED turns o.
2. Disconnect the transmier from the console.
3. Power down the Xbox console. When it has fully powered down, unplug the console from the
wall outlet.

5. Plug the console back in, and power the console on again.
6. Aer the console has fully powered on and loaded up, reconnect the transmier to the

2. Press and hold the power buon to power the headset on.
3. Wait for the headset and transmier to pair. When the headset and transmier are

addional assistance.
WHEN IN USB MODE
1. Headset Is Paired/Transmier Is In USB Mode
The headset and transmier must be paired for the mic to work, so rst make sure that the headset and
transmier have been successfully paired.
Please note that the transmier must be plugged in to a USB port on the console for this pairing to occur.
To double-check the status of the headset and transmiers pairing, just look at the LEDs on the headset
and transmier themselves. If both LEDs are lit up solid green, the headset and transmier are
successfully paired.
If the LEDs are both solid green, double-check that the transmier is in the correct mode. The transmier
can be put in to two dierent modes: Xbox and USB. If the transmier is in the Xbox mode but is
connected to a dierent USB device (not an Xbox console), you may have audio issues, even if the headset
and transmier are paired successfully.
2. Check Plaorms/Game Sengs
For some plaorms (a PlayStaon console, a PC), the headset will need to be set as the default device in
the plaorm sengs. In addion, the game or program itself will likely have its own audio sengs, which
may include an independent seng for input and output device.
To check these sengs, you'll need to go into the sengs menu for the specic plaorm you are looking
to use the headset with. This will vary depending on your plaorm.
3. Recording Test
