3.1 Unboxing
Ultimaker 2+ Connect
The Ultimaker2+ Connect comes in reusable, durable packaging, specially designed to protect your 3D printer.
Follow the steps below properly to unpack your Ultimaker printer.
It is recommended to remove the packaging with the box placed on the oor for safety. Please retain all
packaging for warranty purposes.
When placing the printer on a shelf or table, take proper measures to prevent the printer from falling.
1. Remove the plastic locking clips from the lower section of the box
2. Holding the handles, lift the upper section of the box, and place it aside
3. Take the quick start guide, safety and warranty information booklet, accessory box, and spool of lament o
the upper cardboard piece
4. Remove the upper cardboard section and four foam pieces
5. Carefully lift the Ultimaker 2+ Connect out of the bottom cardboard section and foam pieces
6. Place the printer on a at surface
Air Manager
Please retain all packaging for warranty purposes.
1. Open the box at the top and remove the foam piece
2. Take out the box with the lter housing and Air Manager cable
3. Lift the foam piece that holds the front enclosure and lter
4. Lastly, take the Air Manager cover out of the box and remove the cardboard piece
