DC Power Supply [DPG-30R & DPG-MC60R, DPG-MC120R, DPG-MC240R]
Overheating in the inverter or
rectification circuit
If there is no cause such as a drop in
power supply cooling efficiency near
the power supply's front or rear,
replace the power supply. If there are
obstructions, remove them.
Occurs when the control mode
selection is both HIGH
1. Verify that the AD I/F connector is
connected.
2. Check the control mode.
See 2-6-5 on page 12.
Replace the power supply.
Low ARC unit section overcurrent
Replace the power supply.
Low ARC unit section damage
Replace the power supply.
The output setting voltage is
overvoltage
Check the voltage between pins 21-20
on the AD-IF.
During P control, use at 10.0 Vmax.
During I control, use at 9.17 Vmax.
During V control, use at 8.0 Vmax.
Occurs when there is a setting error
in the controller's internal PCB
