MONTHLY (200 OPERATING HOURS) CHECKS
Perform preoperational checks in addition to the following.
The adjustment and replacement of components and parts listed
as monthly check items are difcult and need a sufcient technical
knowledge and special tools.
Items to be checked
•
Air cleaner – Clean element.
•
Engine oil – Change (50 operating hours for the rst time only).
•
Engine oil lter – Change element (50 operating hours for the
rst time only).
•
Radiator hose – Check for deterioration.
•
Radiator cap – Check for proper operation and installation.
•
Shift lever – Check proper operation and looseness.
•
Front axle – Check for deformation, cracks and damage.
•
Front axle mounting bolt – Check for looseness.
•
Tire tread – Check for wear or foreign matter.
•
Wheel bearing – Check for looseness or noise.
•
Brake hose and pipe – Check for damage, oil leaks or
interference.
•
Brake oil – Check for leaks or contamination.
•
Forks – Check for cracks or wear at their root area.
•
Mast and lift bracket – Check for cracks or damage at the
welded area.
•
End roller and side roller – Check for looseness, cracks or
damage at welded area.
•
Lift chain – Check for elongation and lubrication.
•
Chain anchor pin – Check for looseness and cracks.
•
Sheave – Check for looseness, deformation, or damage.
•
Attachment – Check each part for proper condition.
•
Cylinder bushing and pin – Check for wear or damage.
•
Relief valve and tilt lock valve – Check for proper function.
•
Steering rod, arm, knuckle – Check for looseness or damage.
•
Rear axle – Check for installation, deformation, or damage.
•
Power steering unit – Check for installation.
•
Wire harness – Check for damage.
