6 MONTHS (1200 OPERATING HOURS)
CHECKS
Perform the following checks in addition to daily checks, one
month (200 operating hours) checks, and 3 months (600 operating
hours) checks.
Items to be checked
•
Air cleaner element – Change.
•
Torque converter oil – Change.
•
Front axle oil – Change.
•
Torque converter inline lter – Change element (at 200 hours
of operation for the rst time only).
•
Mast support cap bolt – Check for looseness (at 200 hours of
operation for the rst time only).
•
Hydraulic oil tank suction strainer – Clean.
•
Hydraulic oil tank cap breather – Clean.
•
Main return lter element – Change.
•
Hydraulic oil tank – Drain and clean.
•
Control valve relief pressure – Measure pressure.
•
Steering return filter element – Change element (at 600
hours operation for the rst time only).
•
Brake air cleaner – Clean.
•
Operator’s seat – Check for damage and loosen mounting
bolt.
