REPLACING TORQUE CONVERTER INLINE FILTER
ELEMENT
(AT 200 HOURS OF OPERATION FOR FIRST TIME
ONLY)

INLINE FILTER
1) Put an oil receiving pan under the lter and turn the lter case
to remove it.
2) Drain oil from the lter case into the pan.
3) Install a new lter cartridge.
4) When only the lter is replaced with a new one, add oil into the
lter case.
CHANGING TORQUE CONVERTER OIL AND
CLEANING INSIDE TORQUE CONVERTER
DRAIN PLUG
Put an oil receiving pan under the lter and remove the drain plug
of the transmission to drain the torque converter.
Remove the suction pipe and take out the suction strainer. Clean
it.
After completing the above step, add new oil into the torque
converter through the oil fill port (3 months or 600 hours of
operation for the rst time only).
After changing the oil, start the engine and let it run at low rpm
for a few minutes to clean inside the torque converter. Drain the
torque converter, add new oil again and let the engine run at low
rpm. Repeat this procedure until oil drained through the drain plug
is clean.
