3. 수평이송기구 / Feed mechanism
1. 상축①이 돌면 수평이송캠②에 의해 수평이송연간
③은 상하로 운동합니다.
2. 수평이송연간③의 하단은 수평이송링크④와 이송
링크⑤에 결합되어 있고, 한쪽 끝을 절환기⑥에
지지된 수평이송링트④가 원활하게 움직입니다.
3. 이송링크⑤는 수평방향으로 움직이고, 수평이송완
⑦을 요동시킵니다.
4. 수평이송완⑦의 요동운동은 수평이송축⑧․수평
이송대완⑨을 통해 이송대ꊉꊒ를 전후로 움직입니다.
5. 절환기⑥의 경사를 바꿔 수평이송링크④의 지점의
위치를 바꾸면 이송링크⑤의 수평방향의 운동량이
바뀝니다.
1. When the upper shaft① rotates, the level feed eccentric wheel② moves the level feed connecting rod③ vertically.
2. The level feed link④ and the level feed arm link⑤ are connected at the bottom of the level feed connecting rod③.
The lever feed link④ pivots on the feed regulater⑥.
3. The level feed arm link⑤ moves horizontally, and rocks the level feed arm⑦.
4. The motion is transmitted to the feed bracketꊉꊒ through the feed rocker shaft⑧ and the feed rocker bracket arm⑨.
5. When the inclination of the feed regulator⑥ and the pivot point of the level feed link④ change, the horizontal
momentum of the level feed arm link⑤ changes.

2. 수평이송축②에 부착되어 있는 수평이송완③에
의해 침송연간④은 상하로 움직입니다.
3. 침송연간④에 연결된 침송완⑤을 요동시킵니다.
4. 침송완⑤의 요동운동은 침송축⑥․침송완(조)
⑦․침봉대안내⑧를 통해 침봉대⑨를 요동시켜
침봉ꊉꊒ을 전후로 움직입니다.
1. When the uppper shaft① rotates, the feed
rocker shaft② rocks.
2. The level feed arm③ attached to the feed
rocker shaft② moves the needle feed
connecting rod④ vertiaclly.
3. The needle feed connecting rod④ rocks the attached needle feed shaft arm.
4. The motion is transmitted to the needle bar bracket⑨ through the needle feed shaft⑥, the needle feed arm
assembly⑦, and the needle bar bracket guide⑧. Then, the needle barꊉꊒ moves back and forth.
