★ 정이송과 역이송 피치를 맞출 수가 있습니다.
1. 다이얼①을 눈금 3에 맞춰주십시오.
2. 최하속도(215spm)로 정이송․역이송 재봉을 해주십시오(11침)
3. 조정이 필요한 경우는 아래의 조정을 해주십시오.
(1) 측판을 때내어주십시오.
(2) 나사②를 풀어주십시오.
(3) 정이송이 역이송보다 큰 경우는 편심핀③의 구멍을 하측으로 하면, 정이송이 크게됩니다.
정이송이 역이송보다 작은 경우는 편심핀③의 구멍을 상측으로 하면, 역이송이 크게됩니다.
※ 편심핀③을 180°돌리면 조정이 역으로 됩니다.
(4) 조정 후, 나사②를 확실히 체결해주십시오.
★ Forward and backward stitch lengths should be adjusted to equal l engths.
1. Set the feed regulating dial ① to mark 3.
2. Sew 11 stitches forward and backward at the inching speed (215 spm)
3. Adjust as follows when the forward and backward stitch lengths are different :
(1) Remove the rear plate.
(2) Loosen the screw ②.
(3) When the forward stitch length is greater than the backward, set the hole of the pin ③ lower.
When the forward stitch length is less than the backward, set the hole of the pin ③ higher.
※ Feed adjustment should reverse when the pin ③ is turned 180°
(4) Firmly tighten the screw ②.
