CONFIGURATION/PARAMETERIZATION 69
Parameter: “Drive“
Parameter Selection Description
Speed @ 50Hz 1 ... 20000 mm/s Speed settings at 50 Hz. The speed is used as the calcula-
tion base for many functions of the control system in connec-
tion with PowerCAN and the absolute distance measurement
system (e.g. APOS optic).
U/min @ 50Hz 1 ... 4000U/min Currently not used.
Max. output frequen-
cy +/-
0 ... 1200Hz/10 The parameter limits the output frequency of the converter.
Input in 1/10 Hz (1 decimal place). If “0” is entered, then the
limit is deactivated. Max. value of the parameter = 1200 (this
is equivalent to 120,0 Hz).
Supply voltage 200 ... 500V Setting the mains voltage (if the control system is supplied
with DC voltage, then the DC value must be converted to the
AC value (VDC/1.41 = VAC)).
Rated current 0 ... 100A/10 Rated motor current
Cutoff frequency 0 ... 100Hz Cutoff frequency for U/f mode. Typically 50 Hz for star con-
nection and 87 Hz for delta connection of the motor.
Uboost 0 ... 255%/10 Supplied voltage at 0 Hz in %10 of the rated voltage.
PWM frequency 2/4/6/8/16kHz Switching frequency from power module.
Brake resistor set-
tings
1 brake resistor 1 brake resistor is connected to the converter (low brake re-
sistance).
2 brake resistors 2 brake resistors are connected to the converter (high brake
resistance)
Brake configuration Open brake @ Hz The motor brake will be opened as soon as the parameteriz-
able brake opening frequency has been reached.
Open brake immedi-
ately
The motor brake will be opened immediately.
Brake opening fre-
quency
0 ... 20Hz Frequency at which the brake will be opened.
Brake opening time 0 ... 60s Time for which the brake remains open, with targeted control
of the brake
DC brake connection Active The motor will be braked with a standing field (f=0 Hz).
Inactive DC braking not active.
Connection error
monitoring mode for
thermistor
Active Motor current monitoring is active.
Inactive Motor current monitoring is not active.
Connection error
monitoring no dis-
placement value
change
Active If the absolute value sensor (APOS optic or similar) is activat-
ed, then monitoring takes place determining whether the
EFZ moves in case of frequency output.
Inactive Fault will not be monitored.
Deactivate voltage
controller
Inactive(controller ac-
tive)
Frequency converter voltage controller is active.
Active Frequency converter voltage controller is deactivated (inac-
tive)
