6. Insert and tighten the four screws holding the cover
frame assembly.
7. Connect the signal and power cable to turn on the unit
and enable communication.
8. Check that the LM21 sensor is working properly by
checking the FS11 status message for alarms or
warnings. Check that the luminance value is included
in the message.
The spare LMM101 assembly is factory calibrated and does
not need any calibration after the installation. Restore the
operating parameters from the previous board to match the
installed setup.
Replacing the LM211244 Cover
Subassembly and Cabling
CAUTION
The servicing of the equipment must be performed by
qualified personnel only.
CAUTION
The mains (AC) power switch and the optional battery
backup switch must always be turned off before attempting
any service actions described in this section.
NOTE
When replacing the LM211244 subassembly, do not let
water or moisture to enter the unit.
NOTE
LM21 has to be calibrated after changing the LM211244
Cover Subassembly and Cabling unit. If the LM21 Field
Calibrator LMA21 is not available for this, the entire
LMM101 assembly has to be replaced, instead.
