Front Installation

Fit the lower louver unit using the hinge studs and hinge spacers as shown
in fi gure 51.
Fix the two adhesive backed magnet counter plates to the tabs at the fi rebox
sides, which line up with the magnets on the lower louver. See fi gure 51.
Fit the two side channels by hooking into the openings at the sides of the
fi rebox. See fi gure 52.
Attach the upper louver by hooking over the tabs near the top of the fi rebox
sides. See fi gure 53.

Attach the bottom casting unit by
hooking it over the lower tabs at the
fi rebox sides. See fi gure 54.
Attach the top casting unit by hooking it
over the four tabs at the fi rebox sides.

Additional Optional 3 or 4-Sided
Trims
Slide a corner connection plate into the
channels in the top trim and a side trim.
Butt the two trims together. Fit four grub
screws and tighten to secure the trims
and corner plate. See fi gure 56.
Repeat for the other corner(s).
Attach the two trim fi xing brackets to the
side trims with three screws each side.
The brackets must butt up to the edges
of the corner connection plates. See
fi gure 57.
Attach the complete trim unit to the
fi rebox with four screws. See fi gure 58.
