Note
A black discoloration may form over time at the
front bottom of the 6-rock original fuel bed; this
deposit can be burned off by running the fireplace
on a low to medium setting fire for 30 to 45
minutes. This discoloration is unavoidable and will
re-form again.
Installation
Fuel Beds
5. Place the 6 rocks into the rock support. They are
stamped with numbers underneath; place 1 to 6
from left to right.
6. Place the glass panel in the cavity on the front of the
ceramic platform.
7. Place the left log from the glass panel to rocks 2 and
3, and place the right log from the glass panel to
rocks 4 and 5. Be careful to leave the gaps between
rocks 1 and 2, and rocks 5 and 6 unblocked. The
fl ame must be able to come up between the log and
the end rock on each side.
