MACHINE DESCRIPTION.
The main features of the semiautomatic espresso coffee machine with lever-controlled dispensing are listed below.
• Copper boiler (with heat exchangers) for dispensing coffee and producing hot water and steam.
• Boiler filling by means of a rotary pump that is automatically activated when the machine is turned on.
• Boiler water level sensor.
• Boiler pressure switch.
• Electrical heating element immersed in the boiler water that allows heating the water and producing steam.
• Dispensing units in chrome-plated brass.
• Rotary pump.
• Steam/water nozzle in stainless steel with ergonomic joystick for dispensing hot water and steam.
• Direct connection to the water mains for filling and emptying.
• LEDs to indicate when the machine and the electric cup heating plate are on.
• Pressure gauge to indicate the pump operating pressure.
• Pressure gauge to indicate the boiler pressure.
