PREPARING CAPPUCCINO.
The nozzle (2) is very hot.
Only move the nozzle gripping it by its rubber protection (1) as there is a risk of scalding yourself.
• Pour fresh milk into a heatproof jug, preferably in stainless steel.
• Fully immerse the nozzle (2) into the milk and move the lever (3) horizontally or vertically depending on the amount of steam
desired.
• Once the desired temperature has been reached, close steam dispensing by moving the lever back into central position.
• Pour the content of the jug into a cup containing freshly dispensed espresso coffee.
• Turn the steam nozzle (2) towards the drip tray and dispense briefly into the tray to clean the inside of the nozzle and then clean
the outside with a moist cloth to prevent encrustations difficult to remove.
