PREPARING CAPPUCCINO.
The nozzle (2) is very hot.
Only move the nozzle gripping it by its rubber protection (1) as there is a risk of scalding yourself.
Pour fresh milk into a heatproof jug, preferably in stainless steel.
Fully immerse the nozzle (2) into the milk and move the lever (3) horizontally or vertically depending on the amount of steam
desired.
Once the desired temperature has been reached, close steam dispensing by moving the lever back into central position.
Pour the content of the jug into a cup containing freshly dispensed espresso coffee.
Turn the steam nozzle (2) towards the drip tray and dispense briefly into the tray to clean the inside of the nozzle and then clean
the outside with a moist cloth to prevent encrustations difficult to remove.
