Users are able to check the model number, S/N number, MAC address and
Hardware Version.

Users are able to check the firmware version and MCU version

Users are able to check the website and technical support hotline of V DiGi.
7. Firmware update process
Download and unzip the latest firmware of VD-R through
www.vdigi.com.hk
. Then, move the .xml and .bin files onto the roof of the
USB flash drive. Insert the USB flash drive to one of the USB ports of VD-R
when it is in standby mode. The system will be auto update when users turn
on VD-R.
8. Troubleshooting
i) Front Panel backlight and VFD is off and VD-R does not power on by
pressing the Power Key:
Check if the power supply is connected properly.
ii) No video:
a) Check whether the video cable is connected correctly and firmly
b) Check whether VD-R is powered on
