OPERATION
OPERATING PROCEDURE
First read the safety instructions in chapter 8 before starting the system. It is important to read all safety measures
and to use the personnel protective equipment accordingly.
Starting up
NOTE: Before using the robot it is mandatory to secure the robot with certified and appropriate fall
arrestors.
1. Always take into account the possible swing of the robot if it falls.
2. Take a minimum distance of 2 meters from the robot when turning on the power and or the
remote control.
3. Test all functions briefly prior to using the robot.
4. Always keep a safe distance from adjacent equipment.
5. Always turn off the power supply when it is necessary to be in close proximity of the robot.
Only use handle bar for handling the robot.
1. Take the carrier/robot out of the transport frame and place it either on a flat clean surface or on a vertical
steel surface.
When placing the robot on a vertical surface follow instruction below.
1. Lift robot in horizontal position.
Avoid entrapment of hands and/or fingers!!!
2. Place the two front wheels on the steel surface.
