7.4 Maintenance Inspection Checklist
Periodic system maintenance is crucial to ensure product reliability and validity. This chapter describes
operation and maintenance of the precision air conditioner, including routine maintenance, system
diagnostic testing, and maintenance of filters, fan components, refrigeration systems and drainage
systems.
7.5 Monthly Routine Inspection Items
Check the system components monthly, focusing on system function and component wearing symptoms,
and the inspection items shown in Table 7-1.
Check if filter is clogged or damaged
Check whether the pipes are loose.
Check whether there are impurities and debris in the water tray.
Check the drain pump connection line for clogging.
Check whether the cable of the drain pump is loose.
Filters
(2 VRC filters;
1 pump filter;
1 ceiling tile filter)
Check if filter is clogged or damaged
Check whether the unit prompts for filter maintenance.
Check if fan blades are distorted.
Check whether the fan generates any noise during operation.
Check whether the fan stopped rotating.
Check and fasten the circuit connector.
Electronic
Expansion Valve
Check whether the wiring and coil of the electronic expansion valve
control board are loose
Cooling Circulation
System
Check the cleanliness of the evaporator surface.
Check whether the refrigeration pipe has leakage and proper support.
Check whether refrigerant is filled into the system
Check and fasten the circuit connector.
Check whether the cables and meter reading of each sensor are within
prescribed range.
