LED Light Emitting Diode
MARKER Highlighted text or data on the display screen. Same as Cursor.
NICAD Nickel Cadmium rechargeable batteries.
O2 Oxygen
OBD On Board Diagnostics
RCV Receive
RJ45 A modular phone connector.
RS232 Same as RS232C.
RS232C The most standard serial communication interface used in the computer industry.
SCI Serial Communication Interface
SCREEN PRINT An operating mode of the RS232 where the tester display is sent to a printer.
SNAPSHOT A mode of operation. In the SNAPSHOT mode, basic diagnostic data parameters are stored
in the tester during a road test and can be examined, printed or transferred to a computer at
the end of the test.
