Friction clutch

When the friction clutches' torque is felt to be too low, the friction disc
should be replaced.
The friction discs are replaced as follows:
> Remove the PTO shaft from the machine.
> Remove all the bolts on the friction clutch.
> Take the friction clutch apart.
> Clean all surfaces in contact with the friction discs if deemed
necessary.
NB
All contact surfaces must be clean and free from grease and oil.
> Replace the friction discs
> Assemble the friction clutch.
> Tighten all bolts on the friction clutch so that the contact surfaces
are just in contact with the spacer.
NB
The two contact surfaces shown on the friction clutch must not
constrict the spacer.
> Fit the P.T.O. shaft to the machine.
