Operation
> Set the lift arms on the tractor's front lift device so that the arm
shown is 700 mm above the ground.
> The chains* shown are tightened so the position is locked.

> Ensure that all of the machine's guards are correctly in position and
working.
NB
If the tractor's front lift device is fitted with double-acting hydraulics**,
the hydraulics must be immobilised, so that the tractor's front lift
devices can lower implements to the ground aided solely by the
implement's own weight, as there is a high risk of damage to the
machine.
NB
Downward pressure must not be applied to the machine under any
circumstances.
** Front lift device which can both raise the implements up and press
them toward the ground.
