Activate the tractor hydraulics and raise the machine's cutterbar
fully.
Close the mechanical safety valve.
Turn the cutting discs by hand until the damaged knife is in the
position shown.
Inspect the condition of the knives for wear.
Inspect the bolt for damage or wear.
• If the bolts are damaged or worn, they must be changed.
The minimum diameter of the bolt must not be less than 16 mm (

Check that the bolt is fully tightened.
If not, use a suitable tool and tighten the bolt to a torque of 95 Nm
