To check encoder, If PLC and Encoder are working, PLC Input Lights, 0 and 1 will  ash alternately, both o , 0
on + 1 o , 0 and 1 on, or 0 o and 1 On �
If PLC is not working and to check encoder output, make sure Encoder is getting from 12-28 volts DC� Test
between Black and Green or White; you should see from 0 to 9 volts as you very slowly spin encoder shaft�
PLC should be OK if; power and run are on and no clicking present when no control signal change�
PLC will work on 100 to 240 volts�
