TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptoms/Problems Solution
Poor cutting quality� 1� Dull blades� Refer to blade changing instructions�
2� Operator trying to make cut too fast�
3� Drive roller wheels not lowered�
4� Material build up on blades� Spray with silicone to keep material from sticking
to blades�
Uneven cuts� 1� Make sure spacer collars have been put on
correctly and that all set screws have been
tightened�
2� Make sure the material is being kept up against
the edge guide at all times while in use�
Display screen shows
wrong information
1� Reprogram the display� Please call Vidir Service for assistance�
NOTE: If a PLC is Present:
z The Large PLC will be used in Carousels/Carousel Mate which MAY or WILL HAVE a computer used in
conjunction with them�
