5.6.5 Filling fuel storage by blowing in
Danger of back burn and deflagration!
Blowing in the fuel can cause low temperature gas in the heating boiler. Under-pressure
can cause this to lead to in back burn in the feed system.
Warning!
1. Ensure that the heating system is out of operation.
1. Switch off the heating system at the controller.

1. Rotary sweep or spring plates are covered with fuel:
Fill fuel directly.
2. Rotary sweep or spring plates are not covered with fuel:
Fill the silo steadily up to approx. 30 cm over the rotary sweep or spring plates
respectively.
3. Activate "Silo filling" function:
Press the loading button (F4) and then the left arrow button (<).
L The "Silo filling" function causes the filling of the combustion chamber.
4. Select "Yes" and confirm with "OK".
5. Wait until the rotary sweep or spring plates have drawn some fuel in and then
steadily complete the filling of the silo.
5.6.6 Heat-up in automatic mode
Ensure that the following preconditions are met:
Operating pressure in the heating system is checked.
The heating system is ventilated.
Customer's on-site slide valves for heating feed and return are open.
Ventilation apertures are open.
All doors and covers are closed.
Burner group ball valves are open.
Turbolators are installed in the pipe heat exchanger.
If de-ashing (optional) is available:
Remove cover over the auger in the combustion chamber (Fig. 6).
If de-ashing (optional) is not available:
Insert cover over the auger in the combustion chamber (Fig. 7).
