Viscount RD-70 - Disk Space and Protection Removal

*Todeleteallofthesongsonadisk,proceedasfollows:
1)Insertthedisktobedeleted.
2)WhileholdingPAUSE,pressERASEthenREC.
Attheendoftheoperationallthesongsonthediskwillbedeleted.
* To enable or disable the protection of an individual song on a disk, against
accidentaldeletionproceedasfollows:
1)WhileholdingERASEalsopressSONG<.
2) Run through the song numbers until you reach the one that you want to
protect and then release the keys (the display will show "Pr" - "protect"
precededbyS(SongProtected)orN(NoProtected).
3)ChangeprotectionstatuswiththeREWandFFbuttons.
4)PressRECtoconfirm.
5)PressSTOPtoexitthisfunction.
* To protect all of the songs on a disk against accidental deletion all at once,
proceedasfollows:
1)WhileholdingERASE,alsopressFF.
2)Thedisplaywillshow"Run","operationinprogress".
Attheendoftheoperation,allthesongsonthediskwillbeprotected.
* If total protection of all songs (see 5.8) has been performed on a disk, this
canberemovedasfollows:
1)WhileholdingERASE,alsopressREW.
2)Thedisplaywillshow"Run"-"operationinprogress".
At the end of the operation, protection of all the songs on the disk will have
beenremoved.
