SINGLE LINE TELEPHONE
To leave a message waiting indication:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the desired intercom station.
3. If you do not receive an answer, or a DND tone sounds, press the
FLASH button.
4. Dial [623].
5. Hang up.
To answer a message waiting indication:
You have a message waiting for you, when your message waiting lamp
is flashing or there is an interrupted dial tone when you lift the handset.
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial [663]. The station that left message will ring.
Conditions
» 8-button digital display telephones must use the Soft Key’s
MSG option to leave a message waiting indication and must
use [663] to answer a message waiting indication.
» 8-button digital non-display telephones cannot leave a
message waiting indication, but they can use [663] to answer
a message waiting indication.
